The Test

Day of Judgement has arrived. All the media hype, all the "practise games count for nothing. It has to happen on the pitch tonight. So to calm the nerves Terry took us to Mount Coot-Tha. for a cup of tea(and a piece of cake). This view point looks down on Brisbane and the surrounding areas.

We sat out on the terrace and enjoyed our tea, cake and views.

No I did not order 4 cakes!!!! But guess which one was mine? Yep

the chocolate muffin.

Ok so now onto the serious stuff. The whole purpose of our trip (not just to check out the cake).

Watching this match was as stressful as watching England. When Kurtley Beale stepped up for that last kick of the game and missed we gave a huge sigh of relief.

But the banter afterwards was brilliant. The most popular was " He kicked.. he slipped... he must be f****** pissed... Kurtley Beale  (for those non rugby people) this guy has just returned from rehab for an alcohol problem. No not that he wasn't drinking enough!
A win's a win. 
Game on moving onto to Melbourne next.
