Friday already?

Time is just galloping along. Today we are meeting up with Phil's work mate Steve & his wife Jane who emigrated from Middlesbrough to Perth, 7 years ago. 

But first we visit the local Queen Victoria Market. We love markets we don't buy anything we just love looking.....especially the food.
We spotted these hens & ducks first.

They looked so sad.
Then these fun hats. Now I know a few people who would have had a ball trying on this cute head wear!

When I said we don't buy anything I excluded the coffee & cake. I couldn't choose

We walked along the river to the casino.

This was my first visit to a proper casino. It was very plush and seemed huge. Great lights.

Didn't have a flutter as Phil says it's too hard earned to throw it away.

We ended the evening win a lovely grill/bar on Hardware lane and had pasta.
